When you apply

The application sends the name you choose, contact details, selected contact method, goals, approximate capital range, financing preference, and anything you write to the Washington Home Solutions team through SetMate. A legal name is optional at this stage. Please do not submit bank statements, identification documents, account numbers, or sensitive details about your work.

How the information is used

The team uses your application to respond to your request, discuss potential property options, and arrange a consultation. Neutral campaign labels and the referring website may identify which content brought you here. The information is not displayed publicly. Hosting and service providers process information needed to operate the site and application.

Messages and preferences

Choose email, a phone call, or text in the application. Text messages require the separate consent shown in the form. A request for a consultation does not authorize unrelated marketing. You can ask the team to stop contacting you, correct your information, or delete your application by replying through the contact method used for your inquiry. Reply STOP to stop text messages.

Social conversations

Instagram messages are also processed by Meta. If you start a conversation with our automated assistant, your messages and handoff request may be stored in SetMate so the team can respond. Use the website application for financial questions; avoid posting private information in public comments.

Checklist and booking

Checklist checkmarks remain only in your current page session. A consultation link may contain an opaque application reference; treat that link as private and do not forward it. It does not include your name or financial details.
